中國管理科學研究院簡介
中國管理科學研究院于1986年9月1日經陳云同志批示，在宋平等中央主要領導同志的關懷和支持下，由原國家科委于1987年6月2日批準，在中編辦登記注冊的國家事業單位（登記號210000005343號）。這是我國專門從事管理科學和相關交叉學科研究的新型科研機構�，F為國際管理者協會聯盟（IFSAM）理事單位。
中國管理科學研究院是改革開放的產物。黨的十一屆三中全會召開標志著全黨全國的工作重點轉移到社會主義建設上來（中國進入了改革開放的時代），鄧小平提出學經濟、學科技、學管理，管理要跟上現代化建設工作的需要。中國科協書記處原書記田夫擔起責任，于1985年主持召開全國首屆交叉科學研討會，著名科學家錢學森、錢偉長、錢三強以及裴麗生、馬洪、沙洪等國內200多位知名學者共同給陳云寫報告，請示成立中國管理科學研究院。
1987年7月5日，中國管理科學研究院在北京召開了成立大會。會議推舉李鐵映、高揚、于若木同志為主席團執行主席，錢學森、錢三強等領導、專家擔任顧問，費孝通、錢偉長同志為名譽院長，田夫同志擔任首任院長。成思危，許嘉璐后來應邀均擔任本院名譽院長。中管院的創建一直受到國家領導人的關心與支持。時任國務院總理李鵬和國務委員李貴鮮為中管院作重要批示。李瑞環、錢偉長、李德生、裴麗生、郁文、武衡等領導同志為中管院題詞。
中國管理科學研究院成立30多年來，為國家服務，對管理科學及交叉學科問題展開了綜合研究和應用，引領社會思潮，推動改革創新、經濟發展，取得了重要成果，其中編寫了一批具有中國特色的管理科學教材、著作和有價值的研究報告，出版著作80多部、課題研究報告200多份。重要著作有田夫主持撰著的《中國管理科學導論》、《現代管理學概論》等現代管理叢書，《陳云治黨治國方略研究》、《管理研究與實踐》、《知識經濟》等；舉辦的各種學術交流和專題研討有100多次，培訓各類管理人才30000多人次，管理科學教育培訓和咨詢服務工作產生了重大社會反響，在國內外得到高度評價。至今，中管院對管理科學的研究和應用涵蓋經濟管理、社會管理、文化管理、生態環境管理等領域，它已成為我國一支發展管理科學的重要力量。
中國管理科學研究院根據管理和科研的需要，院部機關設辦公室、科研部、咨詢部、培訓部、項目合作部、國際交流部等職能部門。院下設學術委員會、專家咨詢委員會等直屬機構和研究所。
在新時代，中國管理科學研究院要堅持以習近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想為理論指南和行動指南，繼承陳云等老一輩無產階級革命家發展管理科學的崇高事業，與時俱進、開拓創新，竭力將中國管理科學研究院打造成為具有中國特色新型智庫，為國家、社會、企業提供咨詢服務，為實現中華民族偉大復興的中國夢而努力奮斗！

中國管理科學研究院學術委員會簡介
中國管理科學研究院學術委員會（以下簡稱：中管院學術委員會）于1988年4月4日成立，是中國管理科學研究院直屬單位，在中國管理科學研究院機關黨委和院務委員會領導下開展工作。著名理論家、中共中央黨校原副校長龔育之教授首任學術委員會主任。第二任是國家信息中心原副主任、著名數量經濟學家烏家培擔任學術委員會主任。第三任是人民日報社理論部原副主任、中國管理科學研究院常務副院長盧繼傳擔任學術委員會主任，烏家培任名譽主任�，F由中國社會科學院原副院長、著名經濟學家劉國光擔任學術委員會首席顧問。
中管院學術委員會是中國管理科學研究院最高學術指導機構，其職責主要是組織指導全院開展管理科學研究、學術交流和管理咨詢活動。
成立30多年來，中管院學術委員會組織召開了諸多學術活動，重要的研討會有：毛澤東的科學思想，鄧小平的建黨思想、管理思想、戰略思想，陳云論著、陳云生平與思想研討會、周恩來領導藝術研討會等。同時還組織召開了多次大型學術交流活動，如“中國管理科學大會”、“中國管理創新大會”、“知識經濟與科教興國研討會”、“中國管理科學研究院學術年會”、“中國教育家科學家企業家論壇”等。
中管院學術委員會主持編輯出版內部學術刊物：《活水》和《學術學壇》�！痘钏钒l表有關國家重大問題的咨詢或建議，呈報有關國家領導人�！秾W術學壇》發表全院特約研究員的學術成果和優秀論文。這兩份刊物也是中國管理科學研究院內部學術交流及其與有關研究機構學術交流的平臺。
30多年來，中管院學術委員會在理論前沿領域做出了積極探索。1997年，學術委員會成立十周年之際，出版了本院龔育之、何鐘秀、馮之浚、盧繼傳等專家的著作、交叉科學文庫，共八本，為傳播管理科學發揮了重要作用；近些年，還組織編輯出版的重要著作有《管理研究與實踐》叢書、《領導與管理的實踐與思考》（田夫著）、《知識經濟》叢書、《中國管理科學導論》等。這些研究成果將管理科學理論研究應用于實踐，宣傳了社會管理、經濟管理、文化管理、生態管理，包括知識經濟、領導科學、農業科學、干部繼續教育、管理科學及其本土化等方面內容，有些優秀研究成果得到國家有關部門的重視或采納，作為制定政策的參考。
在新時代，中管院學術委員會始終以新時代習近平中國特色社會主義思想為指導，愿同社會各界就發展管理科學、開展管理咨詢、建立智庫聯盟進行合作。同時，中管院學術委員會將始終堅持研究國家發展戰略，為國家提供咨詢服務，引領社會思潮，推動創新發展，為構建中國特色管理科學體系、為把中國管理科學研究院打造成具有中國特色的新型智庫而努力奮斗！
Introduction to AC of CAMS
The Academic Committee of the Chinese Academy of Management Sciences (AC of CAMS) was established on April 4, 1988, which is directly affiliated to CAMS. Under the leadership of the Party’s Committee and the Academic Board of CAMS, the AC of CAMS has engaged in operation and developed well. Professor Gong Yuzhi, renowned Chinese theorist, and vice president of the Party School of the Central Committee of CPC, is the first director of the AC of CAMS, followed by professor Wu Jiapei as its second director, who is the deputy director of the State Information Center, and famous expert on quantitative economics. At present, professor Lu Jichuan assumes the position as its third director who is the former deputy-director of the department of theory of People’s Daily, and executive vice president of CAMS. And Liu Guoguang is the chief adviser of the AC of CAMS, who is former vice president of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and famous economist.
The AC of CAMS is the highest-level agency for academic guidance in CAMS, which is responsible for engaging in research, academic exchanges and delivering advisory activities.
Over the past more than three decades, the AC of CAMS has held some academic exchanges at home. The major seminars include Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Thought on the establishment of the Communist Party, Management and Strategic Governance, Selected Works of Chen Yun and Chen Yun Thought, and Zhou Enlai’s Art Leadership. In addition, it has organized and held large-scale symposiums, such as China Forum on Management Sciences, China Forum on Management Innovation, Knowledge Economy & Making the Country Strong through Science and Education, Annual Academic Meeting of the AC of CAMS, as well as China Forum for Educators, Scientists and Enterprisers.
Huo Shui (Sources) and Xue Tan (Academic Circles) are internal academic journals of the AC of CAMS, which form an effective platform for both internal and external academic exchanges. Some important advices and proposals from CAMS are published on Huo Shui, which are submitted to relevant government bodies. And numerous academic works and valuable research lectures are published on Xue Tan, which are contributed by honorary scholars of the AC of CAMS.
Through over 30-years hardworking efforts, the AC of CAMS has made vigorous and tremendous exploration in the field of frontier theory. As the AC of CAMS marked its ten-year anniversary in 1997, it published eight selected works and interdisciplinary literary contributed by senior experts of CAMS such as Gong Yuzhi, He Zhongxiu, Feng Zhijun and Lu Jichuan, etc. These works have played a significant role as the powerful media for management sciences. Furthermore, it has published some important works on management sciences in recent years, such as Selected Works of Management Studies and Practice, Thought and Practice on Leadership & Management (written by Tian Fu), Selected Works of Knowledge Economy and Introduction to China Management Sciences. As a good application of integrating theory with practice, all these research works highly spread ideas of management covering society, economy, culture and ecology, which involve the fields of knowledge economy, leadership sciences, agricultural science & technology, further training officials and localized management sciences. Some of research fruits have been won recognition from the State government, which are adopted as the reference for the establishment of national policies.
In the new age, the AC of CAMS stands for Xi Jingping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for the new era, it would like to carry out cooperation with all circles of life on the development of management sciences, advisory service and Think Tank Alliance. Meanwhile, it will engage in research according to national development strategies, and is committed to providing advisory service to society. Thus, it will make unremitting efforts to take the lead in the trend of thought and promote innovative development, and will make contributions to establishing the system of management sciences with Chinese Characteristics, and developing CAMS into one top Think Tank with Chinese Characteristics.
